The Effect of Objective Testing on Undergraduate Students’ Writing Skills

Abstract
This study is about the effects of objective tests on the students’ writing skills. It shows how
the writing skill is essential in learning. The study shows how the writing skill has certain features and
steps which need to be followed during the process of writing. It describes the characteristics of the
writing skill and shows how examiners have two kinds of assessment for writing. The collected data
will be qualitatively analyzed. The results will show how objective tests have affected undergraduate
students.
