Abstract Submission 
• Authors should prepare their abstracts considering theguidelines in the abstract template here.

• Abstracts must be submitted via EasyChair only. Abstracts which are submitted via emails or any other way will be neglected. Submit your abstract here.

• Authors of accepted abstracts will receive an official acceptance notification in around 10 days from the call for papers deadline.

• Authors of accepted abstracts should prepare a draft of a 20-minute presentation and send it to the chairs of their sessions within 20 days of receiving the acceptance note to be reviewed.

• Conference presentation template will be sent to the authors to be used for their presentations.

• A revised finalized version of abstract and presentation should be submitted to the chairs of sessions by April 1st.2026.

• ICAD2026 is an in-person conference, yet it allows both in-person and virtual presentations to enable the participation of international authors who cannot attend in-person.

• Authors who intend to participate with an online presentation should submit a clear high-quality 20-minute video record for their presentation to the chair of their session by April 1st. 2026.

• Authors of accepted abstracts will have the option to submit an extended full paper for publication in one of the following journals:

• Eurasian Journal of Science and Engineering (EAJSE)

• Journal of Studies in Science and Engineering

• Detailed information about each journal, including scope and publication policies, is available via the links provided below.

• Journal template, based on the author’s selected journal, will be provided by the conference editors.

• Full papers will undergo the standard peer-review process of the respective journal, and final acceptance will be determined by the journal.

• Full papers submitted to Eurasian Journal of Science and Engineering (EAJSE)
(TIU) through theICAD2026 conference EasyChair will be published free of charge.

• Full papers submitted to Journal of Studies in Science and Engineering through the ICAD2026 conference EasyChair will receive a 25% discount on the publication fee.
