Paper Guidelines

Submitted papers must be original, must not have been published previously, and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Only electronic submissions in DOC format will be accepted, and all papers should adhere to a supported format of the selected journal (e.g., EAJSE) to ensure consistency in style and presentation.

Authors are encouraged to prepare manuscripts between 4 and 6 pages in length. Submissions exceeding 6 pages may be subject to additional fees. Papers should include a clear abstract, keywords, and well-structured sections to facilitate review. Proper citations and references are required to maintain academic integrity.

The size of the file must not exceed 2 MB.

Papers must be submitted via EDAS, Authors are required to have an EDAS account to complete the submission. If you do not have an account, we can create one for you and submit your paper on your behalf. To do so, please send an email to iec.info@tiu.edu.iq including the following information:

    • ● Name of the all contributed authors, with EDAS account (if available).
    • ● Email addresses of all authors.
    • ● Contact address of all authors (affiliation).

    • ● Attach the manuscript file in .doc format.

Accepted Papers

All submitted papers will undergo double-blind peer review and rigorous evaluation by the conference committees. Acceptance decisions will consider the paper’s originality, technical depth, and relevance to the IEEE scope. All accepted papers will be forwarded to the IEEE conference operations department for final approval and inclusion in the IEEE Xplore digital library  for publication and indexing.
