Abstract
This research paper discusses the constitutional protection of digital freedoms, which means the right of individuals to create, publish, use and access digital content, and to use any electronic devices, software or communication networks without restrictions. This right is linked to a number of other rights and freedoms such as freedom of opinion and expression and the right to privacy. Freedom to exchange information, and other rights and freedoms.
Availability here represents the availability of information and devices used, which cannot be limited to the technical aspect only. Privacy means the ability of individuals to control the confidentiality of their information and personal data and to control who has access to this information, whether they are other individuals or governments. As for freedom of expression, it is one of the basic pillars of the concept of digital freedoms. The spaces provided by means of communication for individuals and groups are constantly expanding. This development has established an environment available for everyone to express their opinions. The concept of digital freedoms refers to the right of individuals to obtain information held by public bodies by all means – including information technology means – which in doing so plays the role of overseeing the public good. Therefore, information should be available to all members of the public through all means, if not There is a vital state interest in the confidentiality of this information, and digital freedom laws reflect the government’s duty to serve its citizens.
