About The Event COPIT-2024

Information Technology Department (Faculty of Applied Science) Established the Conference of Projects on Information Technology (COPIT 2024) Developers, researchers, students, and lecturers are theoretically and practically developing their computer-related projects, starting by discussing their projects’ ideas, making a research plan, reviewing the literature of related projects, developing methodologies, and producing results. To highlight the outcome of all these efforts, COPIT was held to open the door for new opinions and to enrich the presented applications with various ideas, potential involvement in the market place, and to add a vision for future work.

About COPIT-2024

On June 26th in Erbil, Iraq, the Information Technology Department of the Faculty of Applied Science held the third Conference of Projects on Information Technology (COPIT 2024) at Tishk International University. The event showcased 22 innovative projects and featured participation from TIU and Erbil Polytechnic University. It was opened by Prof. Dr. Sultan Abu Orabi, the University President, who emphasized the significance of the IT department. The conference included a poster exhibition, a keynote on artificial neural networks by Dr. Abubakir Ashir, and participation from key academic leaders. The event concluded with certificate distributions, highlighting the collaborative and academic spirit within Erbil's IT community.
