Abstract:  The field of futuristic studies considers as an important scientific field in the recent science, because the study of the future has become the bases in developing and growing of countries. So we can observe that the developing countries are interested in studying the future and utilize all the possibilities to build centers which play an effective and great role in taking decision and drawing the policy of these countries serving the recent goals. Whereas the Third World countries in general and the Arab countries in particular need these centers, but in the Kurdistan Region there is no such centers, so we will try to define the importance of these centers and its role in l decisions making in Kurdistan.
