When the developments came early in some aspects of the case procedures, such as notifications and holding pleading sessions through the virtual space without the need for the litigants to attend them, another developments that prevailed in the field of pleading procedures, was aimed at controlling the case file by distinguishing between the stage of preparing the case and the stage of adjudication, and improving Litigation procedures, the speedy resolution of the case, the alleviation of burdens on the subject judges, through the civil case management system.
A relatively modern system has proven its advantages in countries that have adopted it, such as America, Jordan and the United Arab Emirates.
The research problem is to ask about the need to develop a litigation system in Iraq with the introduction of a civil case management system. What are the mechanisms that are adopted in light of the specificity of the Iraqi experience in the field of procedural law?
This research adopts a future view in order to keep pace with the judicial work of the changes in the fields of knowledge in light of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and the need to take advantage of modern technologies to address the problem of delay in resolving cases. We will undertake a study of the legal organization of the civil case management in an introduction, an introductory topic, two main topics and a conclusion. The introductory topic is devoted to the presentation of the civil case administration office and its legal nature. As for the first research in a specialist to present the role of the civil case management office in the stage of reporting and gathering evidence, while the second topic focuses on a statement The limits of the authority of the Civil Case Administration office to settle litigation and reach a conclusion in which we present the most important findings and recommendations.
