Abstract
The research aims to reveal the role of positive psychological capital with its dimensions (hope, self-efficacy (confidence), flexibility and optimism) to build organizational commitment with its dimensions (emotional commitment, normative commitment and continuous commitment). The research problem was to identify the effect between the research variables, and for this purpose, a hypothetical structure for the research was developed that expresses two main hypotheses. The research adopts the descriptive analytical method. According to the previous, the study research adopts an integrative approach, description and analysis of the research variables. The research sample consisted of (31) employees at the Institute of Technology – Aqra, and the questionnaire was used as a basic tool for data collection, and the research used several statistical methods such as standard deviations, arithmetic averages, correlation and covariance. With the utilization of the statistical program (SPSS v.26). The research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is the existence of a strong moral relationship between the dimensions of positive psychological capital and the dimensions of organizational commitment. In addition, there is a significant effect of the dimensions of positive psychological capital on the dimensions of organizational commitment. The research suggested the necessity of maintaining the dimensions of positive psychological capital and increasing its investment in the field of human resource management and developing its strategies with the aim of building an organizational commitment to achieve its goals.
