Abstract
Rapid changes in the technological field also affect management practices, and new concepts emerge. In this context, digital leadership is one of the concepts that has entered the literature in recent years. This study investigated the effect of digital leadership perception and learning organization relationship on individual performance. The central hypothesis of the research is that there is a positive relationship between the perception of digital leadership practice and the effect of a learning organization on individual performance. The Information Leadership scale was developed by (Ulutaş and Arslan, 2018) to determine the perception of digital leadership, the Learning Organization Profile scale was adapted by (Şahin et al., 2014) to assess the perception of the learning organization, and the Individual Performance Evaluation scale developed by (Karakurum, 2005) to determine the perception of individual performance. Scale is used. The research was carried out in the education sector. One hundred seventeen people responded to the online survey, and the surveys of 96 participants were found to be usable. The obtained data were analyzed with SPSS 25.0 statistical software program. As a result of the analysis, statistically significant (p =0.000; p <0.001) between “the effect of digital leadership practice and the relationship between learning organization and individual performance” was found, and the main hypotheses of the research were accepted. Statistical studies were also conducted on demographic variables and individual performance perception. As a result of the analysis, no statistical significance was found between demographic variables and personal performance perception. The study’s originality is that it is the first research in the banking sector between the conceptual explanation of the phenomenon of digital leadership and the relationship between digital leadership and learning organization.
