 Abstract
In this article, we discuss the development of collective rule and management systems of the Department of banking and Finance and the accountability program in the Kurdistan region and check the student response rate. The results of the statistical analysis of this study show that faculty administration plays an important role in the setting of courses and curriculum management. In addition, students who use a collective rule set of systems have a clear view of research and management than other students who have not read these books of the curriculum. We have also found that females have a higher opinion on collective rule than male students.
