The current research focusses to test the effects of constructs related to organizational culture and innovation culture within private educational institutions. The researcher constructed proposed research model based on existing literature and tested the model by taking four predictor variables which are involvement, consistency, adaptability & mission and five predicted variables as innovation infrastructure, innovation influence, innovation propensity, market orientation for innovation and innovation implementation. Researcher used quantitative method and collected data by distributing questionnaires to the respondents who are academicians. The sample size of the study was 337 respondents. Researcher formulated 20 hypotheses to test the effects among various variables under organizational culture and innovation culture. Outcomes of the research may change from different demographics and increased sample size. Private educational institutions may consider the opinions of academicians to improve the organizational culture and innovation culture to enhance overall productivity.
