However, the task of interpreting needs more qualifies in a practical situation. Enjoying a strong short-Term memory is one of these requirements which led to minimizing the amount of losing the content of the message in the process of recreating it from SL&nbsp;into Target Language.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Purpose<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The main goal of the study is to&nbsp;update offered&nbsp;courses&nbsp;concerning short-term memory development to improve students&#8217; performance academically. To reach to this goal researcher has&nbsp;proposed&nbsp;some techniques to improve&nbsp;students&#8217;&nbsp;competence&nbsp;during universities&#8217; educational terms.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Method&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To achieve a better understanding of the source language is the main purpose behind improving STM in interpretation<strong>.&nbsp;<\/strong>In order to improve STM some steps should be taking, these steps help short memory works properly and effectively.&nbsp;In this study, the&nbsp;Gile&#8217;s&nbsp;effort model has been applied as a treatment model and subjects of the study attended in some courses developed to improve their short-term capabilities.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Result&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Findings of the study&nbsp;confirmed that&nbsp;memory boosting strategies applied in this survey has&nbsp;a&nbsp;meaningful influence on the students&#8217; interpretation performance.&nbsp;<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Conclusion<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The role of STM in storing and retrieving information is deniable in interpretation and interpreters&#8217; performance, but memory training has long been ignored by teachers and instructors in universities and institutes.
