On the other hand, the rules of criminal procedures adopted by the Iraqi criminal judiciary are characterized in most of its positions with speed, simplicity and objectivity in order to detect the criminal incident and to know its effectiveness and the speed of referring it to the competent court. The intended speed does not mean haste that overshadows the right to litigation.
