What connects the shareholder to the private joint stock company is the share issued by the company to prove his rights in the company and enables him to enjoy his rights.<\/p>\n<p>Among the financial rights of the shareholder is his right to receive profits and rewards, and his right to dispose of his shares, whether these actions are the transfer of ownership or non-transfer of ownership (giving shares as security), as well as having preferential rights to subscribe to new shares when increasing the company&#8217;s capital. Also his right to share the assets of the company upon liquidation.
