Abstract: <\/strong><\/strong> Islamic low took care of married life, and paid a great attention to it, and it was so keen on its sustainability. Islamic low encourage people to get married, as the prophet (Peace Be Upon Him) said: \u201cO young men, whoever among you can afford it, let him get married, for it is more effective in lowering the gaze and guarding chastity, and whoever cannot then he should fast, for it will be a restraint (wija’) for him. (from desires) \u201c
\nIslamic low (Sharia low) prohibited adultery and abominations because maintaining humanitarian offspring is one of its objectives, and it should be between male and female by an Islamic marriage within certain terms and conditions including the present of guardian and witnesses. The prophet (Peace Be Upon Him) said: (There is no marriage except with a guardian and two witnesses, otherwise it will be invalid).
\nThat\u2019s why Islamic low is so keen on family unity, because moral corruption in society is one of the big reasons of falling apart of family. And such a society with dysfunctional families will be a society of desires, and will lose the meaning of mercy and solidarity. Though we see that the Holy Quran is so keen on family unity and our research entitled (Ways of Holy Quran in addressing Marital problems) showing that the Holy Quran mentioned many ways in addressing marital problems happens within a family, and mentioned ten ways to solve such problems:
\n1.\tRelationship based on respect
\n2.\tGood advice
\n3.\tAbandonment
\n4.\tHitting
\n5.\tReconciliation
\n6.\tArbitration
\n7.\tFirst divorce
\n8.\tSecond divorce
\n9.\tThird divorce
\n10.\tThe ability to get back together again
\nFinally, Praise be to Allah, and May His Peace and Blessings be upon Prophet Mohammad and His companions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
