Highlighting the problematic issue of how to protect the family under the domination of conflict and domestic violence and the prevalence of patriarchal power.<br \/>\nIn order to solve this problem, the following assumption is required: (&#8220;Whenever international law bears the responsibility for the protection of the family, human rights have become more secure; family violence has receded; and the more peaceful ways of resolving common family disputes, social stability prevails; The second focuses on the description of peaceful experiences in resolving the family disputes raised by the subject of the research, and addressing the most important peaceful ways to resolve the quorum, As the nucleus of the international community.
