Abstract: The aspects and details of life changed in the time of Corona, the educational and lesson platforms, the pace of work, shopping methods, sleep and wake times, and people’s relationships with each other, so the aspects of committing crimes changed accordingly, and other crimes remained the same and did not change. New crimes have arisen, or rather the nature of some crimes has shifted from the administrative nature to the criminal one, such as the crime of non-compliance with the decisions of the ban, and other criminal crimes have been noted, such as the crimes of spreading the virus, and the percentage of some crimes has increased, such as crimes of electronic fraud and domestic violence. In contrast, the percentage of other regular crimes such as murder and theft has decreased. Therefore, we have devoted this research to studying these changes after a period of time has passed since the effect of the virus (Coved-19) has passed, to examine the continuity of this case or to return to the period before the spread of the virus once the effects of the pandemic ended.
