Abstract:  After discussing the subject of the scope of mediation in international public law as one of the peaceful means to resolve international disputes by peaceful means, we have tried as much as possible to show a number of aspects and aspects related to the subject, and we have reached during the discussion of the subject to many things that needed to stand, The practicality and deep study of mediation leads us to uncover many of the hidden things involved in mediation and little is explicitly mentioned. Mediation, although referred to in international declarations and conventions such as The Hague Convention of 1907,1899 is not entirely organized, especially with regard to the nature of the dispute, which is aimed at mediating its resolution. It is no secret that international disputes may be political, legal or technical, it is sometimes difficult to distinguish between them, since the criteria in this regard are based on a certain angle, and as long as the difficulty of distinguishing between these types of conflicts exists, the mediation remains valid for all of them. This is particularly problematic when the legal dispute is resolved by the mediation method which is of a political nature Diplomatic solution, as the solution under mediation may not be radically likely to provoke the conflict again, the proposed solution is not mandatory and accepted by the conflicting countries may not find themselves obliged to keep them.
