Abstract: International relations in the era of globalization in terms of concept and content are characterized by a kind of complexity and interdependence, which is reflected in its course in terms of managements, theories, and foundations. On the surface there is a kind of consensus if not consensus on the need to adhere to the mechanism of the unified principles in which the management of international relations that are managed in an equal and balanced manner. What can observed in the content with all states and international entities is the supremacy of the performance and realization of the interests among states on the mechanism of principles on which the international community is based in its international relations within the international framework, so that it is difficult to reconcile them to go in line with each other in the absence of agreement on the nature of the international political system in general and international relations in particular, and puts all the theories of international relations (realism, behavior, and games) to the challenge of responding to those variables and their requirements, which exceeds the expectations of the events and international situations, as a result of the multiplicity and diversity of political actors on the international stage and the difficultly of diagnosing their role and their positions accurately. Which in turn lead to the instability, which is one of the features of the contemporary international systems, so that the constants of the international format swing in place, The rapid development that events accelerate over time to overcome them, which can be said that there is no ambiguity and defeat, that is, the international community from the perspective of the globalization of contemporary international relations is a society which is incompletely featured, tangled, completed, and contradicted as it may be, therefore, considered as the international environment from this perspective as the focus on the depth of crises in the era of globalization.
