Abstract

Smart technologies raise many problems and concerns related to the ethics and values societies. if the use artificial intelligence technology is a necessity for the advancement of societies because of its benefits for humanity, it has become necessary to work on finding mechanisms that help reduce the risks that society may face from these technologies, as a social and humanitarian necessity, as the development of artificial intelligence depends on the input of a huge amount of big data, and the first ethical challenge is to design and develop artificial intelligence in an ethical manner that highlights concern for human dignity while addressing basic issues such as data privacy, discrimination and human welfare Social and community sustainability. Recently, technology has given rise to other models and entities that have the ability to perform vital tasks with great impact in various environments, and some of them have even developed through artificial intelligence techniques and have become capable of making and making decisions autonomously and independently based on data-based data in general, and on personal information in particular.

Countries have realized the importance of data in conjunction with technological development, and this interest has crystallized in seeking to develop tools and systems for dealing with artificial intelligence in order to preserve data, in addition to enhancing access to information and improving the performance of services that are increasing day after day.

Since smart technologies are based on mimicking the way humans interact with people and things, looking at the practices of a smart machine requires research on the issue of shaping the moral perception of these machines and smart technologies in accordance with the values and cultures of societies, and who is responsible for this Have the practices? and working methods of these technologies become a tradition or a smart custom that can be relied on to develop guidelines that have a degree of binding, and be a source of codification of the legal rules governing the work of smart technologies?, similar to custom as a source of legal rules, because practical reality suggests the continuation of these practices in all fields Artificial intelligence, especially with the emergence of opinions demanding the granting of legal or electronic personality to intelligent entities
