Abstract:  Securing the entity of the state and the society against the dangers that threaten it in order to maintain national security so that individuals can exercise their normal lives and to guarantee this matter forever from a legal sanction which is considered punishment that the public authority expects the violators to commit. The need to get rid of the corrupt national element or person who has harmed the society. This punitive measure is limited and limited in withdrawing or revoking nationality. The state resorted to confronting people whom the state believes are not worthy of carrying its nationality and protecting it. The person is subject to considerations that make this person unworthy of bearing his nationality, he must be affected by the loss of nationality based on the penal laws and penalties issued against the person. .
