Abstract:  The research focuses on the importance of protecting the family, introducing it and explaining the role of international law in ensuring its protection and showing how it can promote family stability.
The search for the basic question will answer: Does international law have the responsibility to protect the family in the international community? Highlighting the problematic issue of how to protect the family under the domination of conflict and domestic violence and the prevalence of patriarchal power.
In order to solve this problem, the following assumption is required: (“Whenever international law bears the responsibility for the protection of the family, human rights have become more secure; family violence has receded; and the more peaceful ways of resolving common family disputes, social stability prevails; The second focuses on the description of peaceful experiences in resolving the family disputes raised by the subject of the research, and addressing the most important peaceful ways to resolve the quorum, As the nucleus of the international community.
