Abstract:  Since long time the women suffered from many violations and abuses which effect its existence and confiscate its human rights, the existence such violence require from national laws to provide adequate protection for women, from serious violations, but unfortunately this laws and regulations did not provide like this protection because the shortcoming of these laws, this lead to huge pressures in order to provide protection to women from the violations.
