Abstract:  Praise be to God who sent the Koran to address and solve all problems and issues…and prayers and peace be upon our master Muhammad and his family and his companions and followers…There is no doubt that the laws of the situation in all countries have not been able and will not be able to resolve the issue and the phenomenon of murder in full ‘On the contrary، this issue has increased and developed because they left the programs and curricula developed by the Creator of the universe and man to avoid and resolve this issue، namely the penalty of retribution in the Koran. The purpose of this research is to demonstrate and prove to the public in general and to the jurists in particular that only by applying and implementing the penalty of retribution can we save society and humanity from the fears and dangers of having a murderer in society and with which people can live in peace and security. This research highlights the following axes:
1. Definition of legislative miracles and murder، types and ruling in the Koran.
2. Definition and rule of retribution and its conditions and how to apply it and obstacles to its application.
3. Comparing the penalty of retribution to the penalty of execution and the penalty of limited crimes، and the laws of status.
4. Statement and determination of the legislative miracle in the verse “in the light of studies conducted by ancient and modern scholars and in the light of interpretations.
5. Refute and respond to the criticisms directed at the penalty of retribution and determine the effects of its application and its non-application “in order to preserve the security of the country and society.
We conclude the research with a set of conclusions and suggestions. In conclusion، we ask God to guide and help us so that we can explain and clarify the modern information of the legislative miracles in the Holy Qur’an about the penalty of retribution in intentional murder.
