Abstract:  The subject of the organization of the terrorist advocate occupies a large part of the attention of criminal law scholars to the fact that this criminal phenomenon constitutes a grave danger to society. In Iraq, this issue takes on a more important dimension by virtue of the suffering of Iraqis from various forms of crimes. The organization has called for a variety of pretexts, pretexts and pretexts that have jeopardized the safety of the society, endangered its citizens and harmed the economy, the environment, public and private property, Natural in large parts of the home. Where he targeted the Yezidi community in particular and showed his desire to destroy them in whole or in part, when attacked the “Islamic State” Yezidi villages in Iraq, and committed massacres described as “genocide.” As these actions represent a threat to the security and stability of the society, it is necessary to confront them in order to prevent their destructive effects. Iraq has dealt with this phenomenon on the basis that it is a crime and punishable by the name of the law.
