Abstract:  The terrorist attacks in Iraq targeted large segments of Iraqi society, but the most harmful category was women. Iraqi women in the provinces that had signed up with an organization called on the terrorist to resort to the worst forms of physical, psychological and sexual violence that caused her psychological and physical harm. This category has to examine who is forced to do so. What is more difficult when talking about compensation for the damage of terrorist acts is the lack of knowledge of the offender because the perpetrator of the terrorist crime is not a specific person. Therefore, we find that part of the jurisprudence has tended to hold the state liable for damages fall as a result of terrorist acts, while the rejection of the other side of the holds the state responsibility for this and all of the teams had their arguments.
Given that the acts of terrorist violence take physical and moral images, the compensation must have been different according to these two pictures, bearing in mind that compensation can not be achieved in order to restore the situation to what it was in cases of loss, total or partial disability, rape and murder, Therefore, we find that some of the legislations have determined the compensation according to the damage caused by the terrorist act, some of which were successful in determining compensation for natural or moral persons, while we had observations on other texts dealing with this subject.
