Abstract: The research aims to discuss the problematic issue of the identification of some of the Aphrodisiac markers (Shafi tan women)and their impact on the society and how the society is affected by them. As it is known that the Islam has come to establish the life and never it has erected the barriers between what is religious , civilized or cultural.so, the jurisprudence has never been a purely religious process in the ancient and modern Islamic communities, instead it has been an integrate part of the social and political life and its momentum. The faqih(scholar)also has never been restricted only to the teaching students within the school, but his influence has been great as much as his involvement in the daily life of Muslims . Moreover, he is like a link between the public and the political power. The Faqih often practices all his profession which are considered as the heart of the social and political interaction , for example he may only practice for the fatwa and the judiciary or may preach as well as teach on the basis of keeping the science and bequeathing it to the next generation. In all the cases, the faqih is engaged in the social environment and he is fully aware of the people’s conditions , habits, and accidents …..etc. The jurisprudence by one imam (scholar) will be changed as a result of moving from one country to another , for example , the doctrine of the scholar Shafi’i in Egypt was different from that when he was in Iraq. The research concludes with the results that indicate the positive role of the Shafian women in the society at one time and the importance of work in this field and its reach returns.
