Abstract: Kurdistan Region of Iraq and since been linked to the country of Iraq in 1952, witnessed many Arabization policies. The process of Arabization included displacing people, Genocide and discriminations. This lead to change the morphology of the people living in the south and west of Iraq. Consequently, the disputed area formed and now the disputed area considered to be the most complicated conflict in Iraq and for Kurdish people.
The United Nation in Iraq attempted hardly to contributed in solving this problem and Staffan de Mistura’s report considered the most important report in this regard.
Staffan de Mistura’s report determined the administration of these area and put some disciplinary measures and principals to solve the conflicts. Although the Report was not welcomed by some others, but it considered important on both lawful and political levels.
