Abstract: The international arena has witnessed radical transformations, which have resulted in new threats to individuals before their countries, such as the spread of epidemics and diseases, poverty, and environmental pollution, which the military power of the state cannot confront, and the most prominent threats currently is the Corona pandemic. Since the emergence of the Corona epidemic in late 2019, humanity has been living in a state of great panic and emergency, and countries have rushed to impose a state of quarantine and adhere to safety and distancing measures, and the cases of patients in hospitals have increased, which has led to the collapse of the health system for many countries, especially the developing ones. Campaigns were launched, workshops and seminars were held in order to find ways to ensure human and health security in light of the pandemic.
