Abstract:  We considered the seriousness of the crimes of human trafficking as crimes against humanity, and to link these crimes to human dignity and freedom, we have talked about them to show their danger to countries and the international community as a whole. The study examined the concept of human trafficking crimes in international conventions and conventions on the other hand , And clarifying the substantive and procedural aspects of the crime of trafficking in human beings in the investigation and trial stages, considering their association with each other, through international cooperation in this field in the light of international conventions and treaties, national legislation and highlighting In the light of Law No. 28 of 2012 and in coordination with the committees emanating from the Kurdistan Regional Government. The study concluded that more international cooperation is needed to complete the investigation and trial stages and to ensure the mechanisms and means to ensure that the investigation is conducted according to the foundations and skills. Which is required by the principles of criminal investigation in this crime because most of the elements of the crime are in different countries. Without cooperation, the investigation process will not be completed and thus the punishment of the perpetrator will be punished.
