IEC2020 conference organizing committee held its regular meeting on Wednesday 22.01.2020. Dr. Nageb Toma, Vice president of Erbil Polytechnic University and Dr. Sattar B. Sadkhan representative of IEEE Iraq Section were present in the meeting.<\/p>\n
Dr. Abubakar M. Ashir, chair of IEC2020 presented new track chairs to IEEE delegate represented by Dr. Sattar B. Sadkhan and Dr. Sabiha Jawad. In the meeting many topics were discussed especially steps that must be take care during preparing for the next conference.<\/p>\n
The agenda of the meeting was review process of the papers submitted through EDAS system, finalizing keynote speakers and discussing candidates available. In the meeting the venue of the conference has been discussed. During the meeting Dr. Nageb Toma, Dr. Sattar B. Sadkhan, and Dr. Abubakar Ashir visited ministry of higher education and met with representative of quality assurance. They presented the conference topics and importance of IEEE Xplore digital library for the local researchers of the region.<\/p>\n
