Only electronic submissions in DOC format will be accepted, and all papers should adhere to a supported format of the selected journal (e.g., EAJSE) to ensure consistency in style and presentation.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"402\" data-end=\"725\">Authors are encouraged to prepare manuscripts between 4 and 6 pages in length. Submissions exceeding 6 pages may be subject to additional fees. Papers should include a clear abstract, keywords, and well-structured sections to facilitate review. Proper citations and references are required to maintain academic integrity.<\/p>\n<p>The size of the file must not exceed <strong>2 MB<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n<div class=\"eonCHead nvcon1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<h3><strong>Paper Format<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The template and the formatting instructions of<strong> IEEE<\/strong> can be downloaded <a href=\"https:\/\/conferences.tiu.edu.iq\/iec\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Conference-template-A4.doc\">HERE.<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>The template and the formatting instructions of <strong>EAJSE <\/strong>can be downloaded <a href=\"https:\/\/conferences.tiu.edu.iq\/iec\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/EAJSE-journal-WORD-document-Format-V11-2.docx\">HERE.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Papers must be submitted via <a href=\"https:\/\/edas.info\/newPaper.php?c=34624\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">EDAS<\/a>, Authors are required to have an EDAS account to complete the submission. If you do not have an account, we can create one for you and submit your paper on your behalf. Acceptance decisions will consider the paper\u2019s originality, technical depth, and relevance to the IEEE scope.
