Registration confirmation
An automated confirmation email will be sent to the registrant within 24 hours of completion of the registration form. A reminder email will be sent three weeks prior to the event.
Visa applications
Some participants may need to obtain a visa prior to purchasing flights to Erbil/Iraq. We can provide an invitation letter if it is required. Please check with the Iraqi embassy in your country for the visa requirements and contact us at [email protected] if you require an invitation letter.
