The contemporary world has witnessed rapid and unprecedented changes due to the
technological and digital revolution. Innovation has become a major driver of economic growth
and administrative development, as well as an essential tool for improving quality of life and
enhancing institutional competitiveness. However, innovation without a framework of
responsibility and ethics may turn into a destabilizing force for societies. Thus, it is essential to
combine scientific and technological progress with human and social values to achieve
comprehensive and sustainable development.
This international conference seeks to build a knowledge bridge that brings together

accounting, economics, leadership, modern technologies, and social sciences. It aims to foster
