Participation Rights

Conference Participation Fees (in-person):
• Conference participation fee: 400,000 Iraqi Dinars for researchers from outside Sulaimani University.
• Fee for the second researcher in case of joint research: 325,000 Iraqi Dinars.
• An additional 100,000 Iraqi Dinars will be added for each additional research paper submitted by the
same researcher.
• Conference participation fee: 150,000 Iraqi Dinars for researchers from within Sulaimani Governorate
(excluding transportation and accommodation).
• Participation fee for attending the conference only (without presenting a paper): 250,000 Iraqi Dinars
for participants from around the world.
• Remote participation fee via Zoom only: 150,000 Iraqi Dinars.
• Participating researchers will receive an electronic copy of the conference proceedings book, in addition
to a certificate of participation. Accepted and peer-reviewed papers will be published in an international
peer-reviewed journal issued by the Arab Democratic Center, Germany – Berlin. The journal focuses on
publishing research from the proceedings of academic scientific conferences.
• The research studies reflect only the opinions of their authors, who bear full responsibility for the
accuracy of the data and any resulting issues related to violations of scientific ethics and integrity.
• Two-day tour of Sulaimani Governorate resorts.
• Accommodation in a 4-star hotel with breakfast.
• Dell p22 laptop, 12-inch screen, 16GB hard drive, 4GB RAM, 10000mAh battery, Intel Celeron processor.
• Lunch for both conference days.
• Four nights’ accommodation.
• Transportation by modern buses from Najaf and back
• International certificate of participation in the international conference

In-person registration fees include the following:
1. Provision of meals (breakfast and lunch), along with refreshments, tea, and coffee between conference
sessions.
2. A conference bag containing the book of abstracts with the conference’s international ISBN number, as
well as certificates of participation and attendance.
3. Publication in peer-reviewed journals sponsoring the conference.
4. The conference proceedings will be published in a book bearing an international ISBN number,
containing the full research papers and displaying the name of the university and the organizing
institution.
5. Conference fees do not include travel tickets, visa fees, or transportation to and from the airport and
hotel.
