Dear Authors,
As you may already know, the upcoming ICOWOBAS-2023 is quickly approaching and we are very excited to have you as a part of our speaker lineup.
As we finalize the program flow and abstract book for the conference, we wanted to reach out to you and share some important details regarding your session. Your presentations are scheduled as per the attached program schedule. We kindly ask that you arrive at the hall at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time to prepare.
Each session at the conference is allotted 15 minutes, which includes time for your presentation and a brief Q&A session. Please keep in mind that our audience consists of professionals from diverse backgrounds, so it would be beneficial to tailor your presentation to appeal to a broad audience.
Furthermore, we kindly request that you adhere to the assigned time slot for your presentation, as we have a tight schedule to follow. This will ensure that all speakers have equal opportunity to present their ideas and interact with the audience.
We believe that your expertise and insights will contribute greatly to the success of the conference, and we are honored to have you as part of our event. Once again, we would like to thank you for your interest in ICASEE-2022 conference.
We would like to share the following notes with you regarding the conference.
- The registration desk will be at the entrance of the Education Faculty Building.
- Please confirm/make your registrations to the registration desk.
- Please do receive your badge and lunch card from the registration desk.
- You can take a copy of the Conference Abstract Book from the registration desk.
- Your presentation shall not exceed 15 minutes including Question and Answer. So please prepare your presentation accordingly.
- The conference program will be on all the hall doors.
- Please do take note of the time of your presentation.
- Please check the halls carefully from the conference program.
- All presentations online or on-campus will be video-recorded.
- If you’ll join from Zoom, please rename it as your Full Name.
